Terms of Use

This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the website www.sohee.co.in (the "Site"), operated by Anandam By Akshi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Site.

5. Shipping and Delivery 

  • We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. 
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. 
  • We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds  Our return and refund policy is detailed in a separate document available on the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability  We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

10. Changes to the Agreement We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
